“Wow” attracts 400 male and female trainees from Saudi universities

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia invests in its people to continue its journey of leadership across various fields, both regionally and globally, guided by a clear vision and a well-planned approach. The Kingdom places special emphasis on education across all disciplines and fields, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

From this perspective, our strategy at WOW is built on providing sufficient opportunities for male and female students from Saudi universities through cooperative training programs, with the aim of developing their skills and equipping them with the professional knowledge that prepares them to enter the labor market and contribute effectively to the national journey of growth and development.

Since our inspiring beginning in Saudi Arabia in 2014, we have adopted a clear vision that positions student training as a fundamental pillar of our human capital development strategy. Through a number of partnerships with Saudi universities, we welcomed 15 male and female trainees in 2016. By 2023, the number of trainees had grown to more than 400, with 15% joining WOW and becoming an integral part of its inspiring journey.

At WOW, we believe that the young talents of Saudi men and women are the ones who will shape future opportunities. Therefore, providing them with practical training opportunities is a vital step before integrating them into career paths that align with their qualifications and aspirations. Preparing a new generation of national talent equipped with the necessary scientific, cognitive, and practical competencies contributes to driving the Kingdom’s ambitions toward new horizons.
